Registration information
General Registration
- Please fill out the registration form at this page.
- We only accept individual registration, either as single or one of double delegation. All registration, regardless of nationality, should complete online registration individually.
- For foreign delegates who cannot understand Chinese, please find the language settings at the bottom of this page, and click on "English" and the web pages will be shown in English for the whole process.
Registration Fee, Types of Payment, and Refund
- The registration fee for the three-day event will be TWD 2800 plus TWD 25 processing fee for the system and ATM transaction. The registration fee includes credentials of conference sessions and tickets to social events.
- The registration fee does not include airline tickets or accommodation. Should you need such recommendations, please contact service@panasiamun.com
- We only accept payment through ATM. Please follow the instructions on the registration webpage. All payment must be made before the registration is complete. You will receive a confirmation e-mail after the payment is made.
- We implement a first-come-first-serve policy. Incomplete registration will not be guaranteed with any seats. We will accept around 350 participants.
- Should you request any refund, please contact service@panasiamun.com before 31 Oct. All payment will be non-refundable after 31 Oct.
Application-Only Committees Policy:
For participants interested in applying as a delegate of United Nations Security Council or Third Party Actors, or both, please complete a secondary application form online. The secondary application takes effect only after the completion of general registration. Other information can be found on the link to respective application forms below:
